Hope everyone is having a great summer so far this year. It's hard to believe it's half way over and school starts in 30 days again.

We've had a great summer at BOMA Iowa! The trip to LA for the 2015 BOMA Expo was well attended by BOMA Iowa, our luncheon speakers have been interesting and entertaining, and our golf outing had another good turnout, even though Dean and Jeff continue to cheat in order to win the tournament every year. The BOMA board will be discussing putting a limit on how much string one team can buy considering Dean bought enough string to get a 1 on every hole. Really Dean 35 feet of string I think that was excessive.....

Remember to sign up for the continuing education sessions that we've set up. Dawn will send out reminders and registration notices for each event.

Member Spotlight - Rich Glenn

I am the Operations Manager for DPT Service. DPT Service, Data Power Technology and DPT Mechanical provides specialized service for critical environments. Our main focus is IT facilities that demand operation 24/7. We have the highest trained Liebert technicians in the state.

My free time is enjoyed with family and friends. I like being active and competing in many unique sports. Gardening and yard work are great thinking times - anything to stay busy and active.

I have been married to my wife Janna for 20 years. Our son Ryan will be a sophomore at ISU and daughter Christine will be a senior at Waukee.

It was a good mix of fun and education. And yes, Steve Flug won again at the expo!
