How can I get Real Estate CEU credits?

E-mail Susan Griffel at susan.griffel@iowa.gov informing her of the classes you've taken with a short description or class flyer and hours of class.

Fax her (515-281-7411) the Certificate of Completion to confirm that you've attended the class.

Susan reviews and sends back an e-mail stating that the class is approved for "x" number CEU's towards your RE license renewal. Again, they apply towards your elective hours. However, she has accepted BOMA's Ethics class as mandatory credit.

Keep this documentation and send it in at the time of your renewal.
